I have a Canon Pixma MP600 printer but I don't know how to print in black and white. Every time I want to print a text, the printer mixes all the colors instead of just using the black ink...

on this page, you choose Grayscale

Hello
When you start a print job, a page opens with the printer choice.
If Canon is chosen, click on printer properties.
You choose black & white or color.
