My Canon printer prints everything in pink.

Hello,

Now that I've solved the first problem with my printer, it’s printing everything in pink. I have no idea why, especially since all the cartridges are full except for the pink one, which is almost empty.

If anyone knows why and what to do to fix the problem, please let me know.

      The problem was resolved when I cleaned the area where the ink cartridges are located.
