Discord - Big audio output problem, help!

Recently I've been encountering a problem during my calls on Discord. The sound quality is *very* poor, the same quality one would find in phone calls. I must say that such quality makes my ears bleed.
I have a Bose headset connected via Bluetooth.
I checked my audio settings on Windows and my audio output is indeed set to "Headset (Bose AE2 Soundlink Stereo)" and not "Headset (Bose AE2 Soundlink Hands-Free AG Audio)". The audio output settings on Discord are set to default (Default).
I tried changing this setting on Discord. I selected the stereo output. The problem is that when I do this, there's no sound at all, just a faint ambient white noise.
Even more troublesome, the only audio coming from the headset is from Discord. It's impossible to listen to music or a video on YouTube while I'm on a call. Normally, this happens when the selected audio output is "Hands-Free AG Audio", even though that’s not at all what I select.
I also tried restarting Discord and my computer, but that doesn’t change anything. I tried changing the audio subsystem to "Legacy" or "Experimental", but nothing works. The sound does seem better when I'm using the browser version.
Even stranger, when I press the "Voice & Video" settings on Discord, the sound in my headset automatically switches to this "Hands-Free" mode (even when I'm not on a call).
I've been searching, but I can't find a way to fix this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

As mentioned by baladur13, I found the solution to my problem. I apologize, I forgot to share the solution here.
In fact, the issue was not with the audio output but with the audio input. For some reason, Discord's default input switched to the "hands-free" microphone of my headset. And since my headset was using this mode for input, it had to use it for audio output as well.
So to solve this audio output issue, I just needed to configure the audio input.
Hello, I have exactly the same problem but on the phone, whether the sound comes from the phone's speaker or Bluetooth headphones, the sound is terrible and I think my microphone is as well. I experienced Discord on my phone with very clear sound but now I can't figure out where the problem is coming from... noting that during calls it was possible to listen to music with normal quality and this has also become really bad (quality like a call or AMR type sound).
