Big problem with Alexandra Ledermann 8

Hello,

I got the game Alexandra Ledermann for Christmas (it was the gift I was looking forward to the most) and I installed it on my computer, but when I launched it, an error message appeared: Alert for Debug... I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but it didn't change anything. What should I do? Can someone help me?

Hello! I just bought Alexandra Ledermann 8 and as soon as I launch it, the UBISOFT logo appears normally, then the LEXISNUMERIQUE logo, after that there's the warning, but then the screen goes black and it doesn't display any game window!!
Please help me!

So your screen is too small, you need a bigger one. I have a 17-inch.

I have exactly the same problem as you!!!! And yet my screen is 17 inches!!! It annoys me, I would really like to be able to play this game anyway!!! If someone has a real solution that works, I thank you in advance for letting me know!!! I am desperate!!! :(

I have already played, but now when I select load game, it doesn't work anymore.
It shows an error message and it freezes.

I'm the same with Alexandra Ledermann 8, actually when I ride a bike with the fat Eben it glitches afterwards and I can't play it anymore.
I just bought it and it cost me almost €40.
What should I do???????????

try to get it exchanged

on top of that this game is expensive around 40 euros

it's because your computer isn't powerful enough !!
it did the same thing to me !!
behind Ju's box there is information written for it to work!

I have the same problem as you, but not at the same time. For me, it's when I have to choose free mode yes or no, and I put no because after that I only see their display, the plan, the notes, and the inventory? I don't know, but I'm going to ask Cerrefour because a game that costs very much should still work!

Yeah, I'm also having issues! But I think this game has a big problem because it doesn't work for a lot of people! But it's a bit frustrating to have bought an expensive game and not be able to play it! We should call the number on the back of the box to report the problem! What do you think?

Moi aussi, j'ai le même problème sauf que c'est juste pendant les concours. Je vois Emma qui est sur une selle volante, des rênes à la main et des guêtres qui bougent. Mais le plus bizarre, c'est que pour le cross, aucun cheval ne veut sauter l'obstacle.

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with Alexandra Ledermann 8, I received it for Christmas but I didn't have internet at the time.
The game was correctly installed but after the scene where Emma talks to Raphaël at the bus stop, the game crashes and tells me: "LexisCommon player has stopped working". Does anyone know the solution to this big problem? I've been trying to make it work since the day I received it. Is there a patch or something else available?!

I had the same problem, actually you need to update your drivers.
To do this, go to the manufacturer’s website of your graphics card and look for updates for yours.
To know a bit more about your computer's parameters in order to know exactly which card you have, search for "dxdiag" on your computer. In the graphics tab, you will find all the information.
That's what I did; personally, I had to go to ATI's website.

Hello everyone, I personally own the ATI Radeon 2300 version and on the game box it says from HD 2400 etc... I went to the ATI website but since I'm not good with computers, I don't know where to click!!
Could someone help me by sending me the download page directly? I'll keep searching...
It's for my sister and it goes to a black screen as soon as they take the bike with Raphael...

It's so annoying when this happens. I was just playing and it kicked me out, and it showed a debug alert message!! Plus, I was far into the game and I'm really upset because it didn't save my progress.
