Hello,
I’m currently at the first tournament where players move to different tables.
However, the one who wins the game leaves without taking their money, and the game freezes.
While searching for a solution online, I saw that it suggested increasing the speed, leaving the game and replaying.
I’ve tried about 10 times, but it doesn’t work :( .
Does anyone have a solution other than this?
Thanks in advance.

I'm stuck too because there are 2 houses in Fort Worth that I can't buy because they are behind a tower. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.
In "Governor of poker 2":
For "El Paso", a solution exists if you have been stuck in the tournament for a short time.
Windows 7 (and Vista) makes backups of all files in My Documents/AppData for restoration (if enabled).
It turns out that the game backups are located in AppData.
You can restore the backup file to an earlier date (losing some of the backup but keeping only the last actions).
- Go to the directory:
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\YoudaGames\Governor_of_Poker2_v100_demo\save.
- Go to the file "Governor_of_Poker2_v100_demo_<user_name>.txt" in the game.
- Right click on "properties". Tab "Previous versions".
- If there is a file in the list, click "restore" or move it with the mouse to the save folder, then "copy and replace".
This technique only works if you have Windows restoration enabled and if the file was modified not long ago (mine was a week ago).
PS: my version is the demo one, but it works with the full game or any other game/file that writes to a file in AppData.
PS2: if you do not see the AppData folder, you need to show hidden files in Windows.

It's still outrageous that the developers didn't think more about this game system...
At the end of a hand:
- the pot is displayed in the center.
- the player collects the pot
- new deal.
Logically, the table change should happen AFTER the player collects the pot... honestly, it's pathetic, it ruins all the fun of the game.
In the same way, when the table fills up with players from other tables, the big blind always comes back to me, nooooormal!!
Anyway, for this bug issue, I don't want to bother checking the save files or crashing the game to restart it before the bug. So I play almost all the hands, knowing that the AI can't bluff and only calls when it has a good hand, I play aggressively all the way to the final table to minimize the chances that the player who will finally win the pot has to change tables at that moment.
Boohoo Youdagames for this one :s

I’ve had this before, and actually I did "ctrl+alt+delete" then opened the Task Manager, I ended the task for governor... I restarted the game, I went back to the beginning of the "round", it restarted, the ending may be different but the game can continue ;)
However, there’s a big bug in the EL PASO (green) tournament and basically you can’t get out of it and you have to start all over again >_<

Yes, I had that issue too, so I disconnect from the game and restart it, and I repeat the process until it works. Also, change the speed before closing the game, it should work.
Well, I tried, that's the problem!
When that happened to me, I knew that if I went all-in I would lose, I took the risk and boom, I lost and then no more problem.
I'm in another tournament with 24 players, even if I go all-in, I still have more chips, so I can't leave unless I quit the table, and the character runs away without taking their chips, and yet I've set the speed to Max and quit the game 40 times...
So I admit that I really don't know what to do, even following the advice I've found (since it's not working :( )

Hello, I'm also unable to unblock the situation in this area; neither switching to windowed mode nor speeding up the game works, help me please!
