Hello

I'm on Windows 10 and just did an update...

Since then, some icons have disappeared from my taskbar, especially the one for my Orange emails, and I can't get it back. When I try to drag and drop, I get a prohibited sign and can't place the icon. I've tried the suggested solutions but nothing works. Even if I manage to place that damn icon, when I click on it to open my emails, I get a message saying that the URL address is incorrect. It's particularly frustrating.

If you have a miraculous solution, I’m all ears

Thanks in advance

Good evening

Hello ....

You need to do this using the Edge browser on Windows by following the instructions below

  1. Log in to your Orange email (with your credentials)
  2. Point to the link address at the top left
  3. Click once on the 3 ... located at the far right of Edge (Settings)
  4. In the window that opens ► Line Additional Tools
  5. And finally in the window that opens ► Pin to taskbar

Edit ► If the Pin to taskbar line is greyed out ► Click on the Launch taskbar pinning wizard line ► A new window opens where you will see the Orange Mail link ► Point to it ► Continue.....and Orange Mail will be pinned to the taskbar

A+ for the result obtained

Cheers
