Shein tracking "I do not transit"

The delivery of my package is scheduled between 01/09/2022 and 03/09/2022, but on 29/08/2022, the Shein tracking says "I am not in transit," knowing that today is 31/08/2022 and I do not know if my package has arrived in France or not. I called Colissimo and they told me my package is being prepared by the sender and will be handed over to us when it is ready. I’m sending emails to Shein but no reply. What does I AM NOT IN TRANSIT mean?

If I'm not mistaken and as mentioned by Colissimo that you called, the package is still being prepared by the seller ... and therefore has not yet been picked up by Colissimo.
In my opinion, "I am not in transit" is a translation that would mean "no shipment in preparation ..."
Could you please provide the Colissimo tracking number if you don't mind?

Shein told me there has been a delay and that the shipping tracking is not updated on Colissimo, but to wait until the estimated delivery date, that is, from tomorrow until Saturday.
