My tracking number isn't working!!!

Hello,
On Thursday, I ordered a pair of shoes from Zalando. The next day, Zalando confirmed that they had shipped my package (via So Colissimo) and gave me a tracking number. But the problem is that this tracking number doesn't work. As a result, I don't know the status of my package or its journey!!!
Should I be worried? Despite the lack of tracking, can my package still arrive at its destination?
I kindly ask for your help, please!!!

Hello,

I believe they provide the tracking number before the package has actually been picked up by the carrier, in which case it is still with Zalando, and since it's the carrier that updates the tracking... That's the problem, for orders placed on Friday... This might stay like this, at worst, until Monday evening (if their carrier doesn't come to pick up packages in the morning)...

If it lasts longer than that, we will need to seriously worry and contact the seller's customer service.

Here it is, the tracking number works (= the carrier has actually taken charge of the package)?
