not at all Telligo, misleading advertising, expensive prices, safety equipment that is out of standards, anyway for the basketball camp it's a shame to scam people like that!!!!

and I need to clarify that the basketball gym was located in an old farm with cobwebs and baskets at an unregulated height, all on a concrete court, with nets in a pitiful state to the point that the center director is currently looking for another court in Masseube. When it is written in the catalog that the training will be intensive, that the children will make progress worthy of an American team with photos to support it, it makes children dream—at least my son—for months and months, I find this outrageous, (all that for 1200 euros)
Hello, regarding the evidence, I have photos of my son. Additionally, I have an email from the director of this center, and I am a doctor at the SAMU and somewhat concerned about security issues. As for putting evidence online, I believe the law prohibits it, and the request seems a bit inappropriate. I don't see the point in slandering Telligo; I just want to prevent other parents from paying too much for misleading services, that's all.
I agree. Total scam. Read the details carefully... They are all too ready to take your money without service and without understanding. Our son broke his arm a month before his tennis camp. It's true that I didn't check "insurance" and it’s true that I didn’t read the details under the link (I thought that 1) it referred to health insurance, which we had, and 2) do we read everything from Apple or Free; we trust... good faith, right?). Too bad. No effort. NONE. Maybe next year? Maybe part of 590 euros? No. And the promise to "get back to me after a discussion with the supervisor"? No news. Know that another camp promised without question to refund us, and a professional in this field told me it was the same for him. No go.
They earn a lot of money per child and aren't even able to give back a tenth; their centers look like refugee camps, the food made me look forward to leaving to eat properly, the extra charges are a joke! The themed activities, grain of vet, but we take them back to the farm to see the cows. Of course, the kids are happy when they see a cow!!! And we take advantage of this moment to send their parents pictures of their children with big smiles. Luckily, I was there and saw how they scam the parents.
I think you need to stop criticizing like this! I may still be a teenager, and I have been on many summer camps with Telligo, and my sister has also always gone to Telligo! Those who write these messages, are you parents or children? If you are only parents, you technically have nothing to say about the quality, but you certainly have a word to say about the price of the camp! I also find that the prices are sometimes a bit exaggerated, but if you think it's too expensive, take another company! Telligo is also pricey because the themes offered are not just sports-related but also creative, for example. For me, Telligo is great, and I don't think we can complain about the food because the chefs are not employees of Telligo (depending on the location of the camp). I went with Telligo last year, and the chef was a chef from the school where our camp was held, and I ate wonderfully for 2 weeks! Regarding the centers, I really think we need to stop spreading nonsense! I have been to more than a dozen centers, and none of them were bad! Most centers are schools/boarding schools, so it is normal that the rooms are not very "nice" because throughout the year they are occupied by students! The outdoor areas are also very good, and if you are not sure, go to the section "What we like about the center," and here they explain all the good places (equestrian center, swimming pool, football field...)
For me, Telligo is the best company, and I know my children will go to Telligo!

Unfortunately, Telligo is the camp for gullible people. You pay much more for very little. On paper, they are very strong; they make you believe that your child will have an exceptional stay, with an exceptional supervision carefully selected. First of all, Telligo is the king of the flashy themed camps, "DANCE WITH THE DOLPHINS," "FUTURE VET," but ultimately your child will see dolphins in an amusement park for the first theme or go to a teaching farm for the second theme... nothing very original that justifies the displayed price. But let's talk about the price! In our poor consumer minds, we tend to believe that a high price means high quality. Again, there is a lot to say... At the head of Telligo is a businessman who exploits the juicy vein of vacations for minors. We are in the era of the child king; nothing is too good for our offspring, and this gentleman has well understood that camps must be modernized to be attractive. Gone are the good old-fashioned camps! Our children no longer want them; they'd rather stay in front of their PlayStation or their favorite TV show! Also, TELLIGO invents camps: SUPERSTAR (for those who hope to one day be recognized on the street!), DECO & CO (for those who dream of a career like Valérie Damido!! the YES CHEF stay will hopefully lead us to Master Chef!!! Telligo is indeed the camp for gullible people, because we believe in nonsense straight out of a marketing company... you don't believe me? http://www.telligo.fr/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/2010-Aout_expressioncom_telligo.pdf
So, aren't we gullible????

I have sent my daughter to camp with Telligo four times and she has been delighted each time.
We were perfectly welcomed on site and informed before the departure.
Prices are around €80 per day all-inclusive and are perfectly reasonable. At this price, they cannot be accommodated in 4-star accommodations, and it is normal for the company to make a profit in order to create jobs, reinvest, and reward those who have taken initiatives and risks. The harsh critics prefer mediocre and socialist subsidized systems that are currently overwhelming us and ruining us all.
If they do much better for less by creating activity, I invite them to get to it, but I don't believe it too much.

Jerry, they pay their facilitators 30 euros per day thanks to the Educational Commitment Contract, which was originally created for non-profit Popular Education associations that invest all the money for your children and not for shareholders! And not all of them are subsidized. Having known many organizations and worked with them, I assure you that they offer as much quality as Telligo; it has nothing to do with socialism, but rather with values inherited from our scouts from the early last century, across all political movements, just from people who gave to train our youth!
I also strongly discourage this organization, which does not respect the main rules of its safety charter, nor the descriptions of its trips.
Its profitability relies on an offer of hundreds of supposedly themed trips that turn out to be "basic" camps where children are packed in, after being shown a fake program in the catalog, the activities of which are rarely possible due to a lack of resources and supervision.
I have witnessed truly frightening scenes at the train station in Lyon during departures due to the lack of activity leaders, signage... where dozens of 8-year-old children are forced to carry their suitcase up the stairs before being left abandoned on a platform without any instructions!
Please share your personal experiences with me by email, as I would like to create a collective on this topic.

What you are saying is completely unjustified!!! I have been sending my 2 children to Telligo every summer for 7 years and everything has always gone very well, there are very good facilities and the leaders are always very nice and do their job well (thank goodness). It is true that the camps are rather expensive but it is justified given the quality of the stays offered. My children have never complained and leave every year with pleasure. Moreover, the themes offered are varied and interesting and there are camps planned for a wide age range. Personally, I recommend!
Hello everyone, I am myself a facilitator at Telligo and everything has gone well so far. I think first of all that we should not confuse the company Telligo with the Telligo stays, and know that all facilitators must go through a pre-recruitment meeting which allows for qualified and motivated facilitators.
But you all know that human beings are not an exact science and as Coluche said: "stupidity is the most evenly distributed thing in the world," so it is normal to find some at Telligo as well.
This brings me to my last point: the quality of a stay is often a reflection of the animation team and more particularly the director.
For those who don’t know, the director is responsible for:
-recruitment
-budget allocation
-purchase of equipment
-writing the educational project
And they must also be a driving force for their team and get involved in all these tasks (+ the many other functions specific to the direction of a stay)
I would finish by saying that behind every bad stay hides a bad director, bad facilitators, or poor preparation.
But rather than trying to understand what the real problems or responsible parties are, we will just bash everyone, right?! It's much simpler. ;) PEACE <3
P.S.: Moreover, an idiot can really look a lot like a good person; it's crazy, isn't it?!

It has been 15 years since my 4 children have been going with Telligo (formerly Altair, then Scientific Adventure, and finally Telligo), and we know them very, very, very well. I’m talking about 24 different trips with varying ages, and everything has always gone extremely well, with quality activities and great leaders!
The children go back every year and eagerly look forward to their Telligo trips! And we parents are very calm!

And otherwise,
Do you have one or more organizations to suggest to me?
I would like to enroll my two children in summer camps and I'm hesitating with one organization, on animnet, it's impossible to get correct answers, the webmaster treats us as if we were advertising every time we mention an organization.
My two children would be going for the first time :)

My daughter has been going with Telligo for years, and I haven't had any problems; she is thrilled and wants to go with them every year. Bravo to the whole team!
Develop a bit, explain why, and we will judge whether it is not slander on your part...
What do you want us to say if you do not provide evidence for what you claim?

Hello
Ah Telligo.... a big financial scam! They really have to pay for their marketing force! How to do a "veterinarian" trip with stuffed animals! How to do a Star Wars trip... when the kids only make 1 lightsaber during the stay! That's an expensive lightsaber...
I’m no longer with Telligo at all, misleading advertising, high prices, safety equipment well below standard, at least for the basketball camp and aspiring stylist where the accommodation is actually in schools/high schools!!!!!! Bravo for the change of scenery... it's shameful to scam people like that!!!! And the cherry on top: only at Telligo do they find the meals good... Moreover, my 4 children had a bad experience; we must not forget that some of their directors are pathetic, SHAMEFUL, animators who shout, a health assistant who does not take care of our children properly.
Telligo sees itself as first the money, second the parents, and third the children.
Watch out, think carefully before enrolling your children/youth.

Hello
My son just came back from a Telligo summer camp and it will be the last...
Last year, he participated in the 64 squares workshop (chess theme) for which everything was not perfect but the overall service was acceptable.
This year he participated in the e-sports workshop because he is passionate about video games and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Overall, my son enjoyed it (but since he loves video games, it wasn't too hard to please him!) so for him it's not too negative, that’s something. However, when he mentioned the negative points he found, I decided to write a letter to Telligo to share my experience. I will also ask them to delete my account because I no longer want to deal with them.
First of all, the website showcases a picture of the welcoming center which seems to be a lovely house in a quiet country setting. In reality, it was the house that accommodated the activities and the place where the children slept was much less charming. In my son's room, the shower door was missing, which meant that the bathroom was flooded every day. Regarding the food, my son's opinion is that it was disgusting. For example, pasta had been sitting in the cooking water for 24 hours before being served to the children... Additionally, the portions were not sufficient.
Moreover, it was planned to have 4 hours of video game training per day, but they only had 2 hours... He wanted to attend this camp to improve on a specific game (as proposed by Telligo) and that didn't really happen. He told me that he did learn a couple of things, but it was very minimal.
Furthermore, on the first day, the games had not been installed on the computers. For a video game camp, that's quite significant! My son himself said it was very poorly organized and since he is not exactly the king of organization, I can't imagine the mess...
All activities seemed to be optional and apparently some children hardly did anything and stayed in their rooms playing. Isn't it the role of the leaders to make sure everyone participates???
For pick-up, we had a death in the family and we couldn’t go get my son. I called the director to see if other parents who lived nearby could bring my son back. She was of no help, very polite but didn’t even try to assist us, check with other parents, etc. She simply advised us to pay for the return train ticket...
Let’s remember we’re talking about a camp that costs 1000 euros and their service is unacceptable.
I hope other testimonies will follow.

We acknowledge your message and have also received feedback from the animation team.
For clarity, it was indeed a stay with a structure based on the autonomy of the young people. They had the freedom to organize their days as they wished, both in terms of their daily rhythm (waking up, meals, etc.) and in terms of participating in workshops or activities.
The stay was inspected by the DDCSPP of Corrèze, and the inspector noted an "original" stay and supported the project of the camp director, particularly regarding the daily routine of the children.
While being aware that this stay operates quite differently from what we offer our clients, please know that the children were always safe.
I would also like to inform you that the results of this stay led us to ask the director to thoroughly review her operations to return to something more structured and more in line with Telligo.
While I deeply regret the situation, I hope your child was still able to enjoy their stay.

Hello, I stumbled upon the forum by chance. As for me, my son attended two Telligo camps in Pamiers in 2018 and Masseuse in 2019. He came back happy both times, and yet I was almost scared after registering after reading some reviews... a camp depends on the organizers, of course, but also on the group... and the willingness of each child; there are always kids who are never satisfied at camp or elsewhere. In 2017, we also tried Vitacolo, which was excellent as well.
In short, three camps, two organizers, great feedback; the downside is the price for us parents.

If companies are heavily investing in the collective stays market for minors, it's because they find a VERY interesting gross margin there:
- due to the real savings opportunities provided by regulations regarding social charges (CEE contracts);
- due to the lack of quality control (fewer than 100 DDCS inspectors for the entire southern territory);
- due to the gullibility of parent-consumers convinced that image is worth a contract;
- due to the prevailing parental indifference towards education;
A local Popular Education association (not employing permanently well-paid staff) invests ALL the money asked from families into the children's stay. It thus produces more reasonable prices without ever seeking anything but financial balance....
And above all, the educational projects are REAL and experienced right down to their on-the-ground implementation by coherent educational teams.
