Pb sur un script fourni par d link

Bonjour,
voilà, le support de D-Link m'a gentiement fourni ce script afin d'afficher ma webcam ip sur un site, masi le pb c'est qu'il n'y avait aucune indication avec et je dois changer dessus le nom d'utilisateur et le mdp masi je ne sais pas où, si quelqu'un à une idée...
