Gigaset phone: my caller can't hear me.

Hello, we just bought a new Gigaset phone connected to the neufbox due to issues with a previous phone. The situation has improved, but problems persist. When I receive a call, I can hear the caller clearly, but they cannot hear me. When I try to call, it doesn't work; on my side, I hear a "beep, beep," but the other person's phone doesn't ring. Could you please help us?

Hello

Unplug the box for a while (10 minutes), then reset it and plug it back in.

If that doesn't help, call SFR customer service at 1023 and explain your problem.
