60% gaming keyboard issues with the arrow keys and FN

Hello,
I turned on my PC earlier and I couldn't enter my password because it contained an exclamation mark, and I plugged in my old keyboard because on the new one, pressing the exclamation mark makes the up arrow.
I’ll explain: my FN key is used to control the arrows on my keyboard, which are not present because the keyboard is 60% smaller than normal and has no numeric keypad, so my left arrow is on Alt Gr, up arrow is on exclamation mark, down arrow is on a cursor with 5 lines, and right arrow is on Ctrl, so I'm stuck; I can't use my exclamation mark, which I really want to use, lol.

forgot to mention that my other keys that require the fn key do not have this problem at all, it's just the arrow keys.

So if I try to summarize: regardless of the position of the Fn key, whether activated or not, do these four keys remain stuck in "arrow" mode? Only on the login screen or even afterward?
Could you also give us the reference for this equipment?
