Problem with my keyboard (the arrow keys)

Hello, dear reader, since yesterday my keyboard arrows are bugging, meaning that when I press the left arrow = q, up arrow = z, down arrow = s, right arrow = d, and when I press the corresponding letters on my keyboard it goes backward, to the left, to the right, etc. I think the arrows and the keys in question are inverted, so here is my question:

How do I reverse it to make it normal again?
Thank you for responding as soon as possible.
Best regards.

Hello there, from what I understand, your arrow keys have replaced your Z-Q-S-D keys.

Try pressing CTRL + SHIFT (on the left) to resolve this issue.
If that doesn't work, try downloading this utility.

Thank you for your response, but it's neither one nor the other, considering that the application to download tells me: we are sorry but this troubleshooting utility is not compatible with your current system configuration.

Do you have a special keyboard?
Normally you have a manual that comes with it.
It should contain all possible key combinations, including the one you need.
