    Hello,

    If the source is unknown and unsolicited, we block the number and we don’t call it back, and we move on and that’s the end of the story.

    The author cannot say hello or form a sentence; is he a rude person?

    Short number 952 is a SFR notification for a message that could not be delivered.

    The international code +952 originates from Myanmar (Burma) and argues for an unsolicited call if you don’t know anyone there (not necessarily a scam and anyway a phone number cannot be a scam by itself unless you call it back or follow a link contained in the SMS)
