Hello, since yesterday (June 29, 2022) I can't access PS Plus and the PS Store. When I try one of the two applications, it says "Please wait" and then "An error has occurred," without a code. If it helps, I can’t see the number of friends online, and when I try to select my PSN (primary) account, it also says "An error has occurred," but when I press "OK," I can access my account, albeit with the problems I mentioned earlier.
Thank you for your help.
Thank you for your help.

I have a similar problem, no connection issues, wifi is perfect, but I can't open PSN and PS+, please wait (indefinitely, I've tested for 20 minutes), I've set the date correctly, disconnected and reconnected, I've tried the public mode, the personal mode, I've tried with a cable, I even opened some random ports!!!!!!
Hello,
Someone posted a message about the same issue on this forum last year.
Apparently, the problem comes from the date and time not being up to date.
You need to go to the 'date and time' settings and select 'set automatically using the Internet', then click on 'Set automatically' and restart your console, and it should work normally.

Hello again,
Based on your main message, it seems that this error might stem from an Internet connection issue (which would explain why you can't see your friends online).
Could you try reconfiguring your network settings by reconnecting to your Wi-Fi or using your network cable (even if they seem to be connected already)?
Perhaps this will resolve your issue.

The problem is solved!
I tried, as you advised me (which I had attempted to do several times), to reconnect to the WIFI, and it worked, but this time in easy mode and not in custom mode. In custom mode, I had entered DNS codes, and I don't know if that's the reason why I had issues accessing the PS store and PS plus applications, but now everything is back to normal.
Thank you again for taking the time to help me, and I wish you a good end of the day :)

Ah excellent !
Indeed, the DNS (domain name system) is the protocol that links domain names (for example, google.com) with an IP address (for example, 8.8.8.8). This protocol allows you to connect to websites and/or servers by entering their domain names (which are easier to remember than lists of numbers).
However, an error in the server's IP address will send your requests nowhere, which can impair internet-related functionality.
Connecting using "easy" mode allows for dynamic IP address allocation, and that's (I think) where the error occurred.
I also wish you a good end to your day :)
