Good evening, I haven't been able to access my computer (MSI GE60, Windows 8.1) since yesterday because an update occurred automatically, and now I get the message "Unable to complete the installation of features. Reverting changes." I can't access my PC, I only see this message. I tried removing the battery for about twenty minutes, but when I turn on my computer, I end up on the same screen again. I also waited several hours (about 4/5 hours), but nothing changes. Thank you in advance for your response(s).

      Hello, sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, the first option doesn't work, and for the second one, as I said, I can't access the PC so I can't create a recovery drive.
