    You probably meant to say that it actually freezes, if that’s what you mean, in this case obviously this problem is related to a malfunction on Microsoft’s servers, in this context, you’ll have to wait, it’s up to Microsoft to fix this problem.

    Try checking from another device, such as a computer for example, if possible or another…

    If you’re using a router/modem, try restarting it as well!

    Also try clearing the cache.
