Hello,
My recent Canon Pixma MG3650s printer (refurbished 8 months ago) has been having printing issues for the past few days.
The characters are doubled and the lines and columns are misaligned.
I tried to do the manual alignment under Windows 10 through the usual menu.
Execution of the print head alignment:
2 times a few lines then the printer shuts down.
Attempt after checking manual alignment: A series of clattering noises forced me to stop.
Could someone tell me how to use this procedure or is my printer dead?
We start the manual alignment, we retrieve the sheet and place it on the scanner and then???.
I can't figure it out.
Best regards.

Hello.....
Personally, I don't know this printer, but apart from doing what Canon recommends ► On this page either automatically or manually, I don't think there are other solutions.... which doesn't mean that your printer is broken
See you later
Cheers
