Hello, I have a Canon Pixma printer where for some time the blue color has streaks. After cleaning, changing the cartridge, etc. Nothing works. As a last resort, I wanted to do a head alignment, but I can't manage it. Indeed, for 3 of the patterns, all the proposed numbers show the same number of bars with the same visibility. So the alignment does not happen, and since there are 10 choices per pattern, it creates way too many options to test blindly. Does anyone know what to do? Thank you for your help.

Hello.
I think the print head's blue nozzle is partially clogged; you should clean the print head with isopropyl alcohol.

Thank you very much for your feedback. However, this doesn't really solve my problem because, as I mentioned, I have already done all the possible cleanings, including disassembling the printhead. Canon tells me that it's not an alignment issue but merely a defective nozzle, and since there are no more parts for this model, they are only offering me a discount to buy a newer model. Before I resign myself to that, I wanted to attempt the alignment, but I found the issue I inquired about strange. Indeed, having never needed to do this, I do not have a standard test model. Well, if no one has any other ideas by chance, I might try isopropyl alcohol because I have just used warm distilled water and a three-day contact. But thank you again for your attention.
Water will not clean the nozzles; in fact, it should be avoided. With a bath of isopropyl alcohol, it will be much better.
