Hello,
since a paper jam, my printer has a problem with the print heads not being aligned.
I have turned it off several times, changed the cartridges, used the Canon troubleshooting utility; the result has improved, but the prints are of very poor quality, especially for the lines at the top of the page that overlap.
Can you help me or tell me if the printer needs to be replaced?
