Deleting print history from the printer

Hello,
I need your help, I'm in a panic.
I'm using a Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE multifunction office printer in a shared environment. My printer broke down and I had to urgently print personal documents from the shared printer. Unfortunately, I realized that the titles of the documents appeared in the print history located in the "log" tab. I want to delete this history because I want to prevent people from reading these titles.
I should have thought about anonymizing them before printing (and I know I should have avoided printing from this printer), but what's done is done. And even though it won't happen again, I really need help to fix this mistake.
I want to clarify that an IT technician manages the IT infrastructure, and I cannot intervene from the computer. I do not have administrative privileges. I must absolutely delete the history from the screen. I also inform you that I do not know the model number of the printer; I only know it is an office imageRUNNER ADVANCE printer. I tried to go to the "job status" tab, but absolutely nothing is offered to me. And in the "log" tab, I can only access the details or print the list of tasks…
Thank you so much for any help you can provide. My situation is really delicate. I'm feeling very bad.

Hello....
Maybe look here:
https://www.google.fr/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=effacer+journaux+canon+image+runner+advance
Good luck!
Best regards,
See you!
PS: otherwise, maybe ask Canon support... but you would need the EXACT model.

This type of professional printer has password-protected access for accessing usage data (stored on a removable hard drive).
Moreover, if printing is done via a print server (not mandatory), the information you are interested in is also on that server.
