Canon Printer.. Misaligned Printing

Hello,
My Pixa Mx475 printer is printing documents all misaligned! Do you have any idea what the problem might be? I have tried cleaning the print head and nozzle via the printer, but nothing works. This happened after a paper jam.. It was working perfectly before.. There doesn't seem to be any paper stuck causing this issue. Thank you for your feedback!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 84.0.4147.89

Hello.
What is misaligned? If it's the colors, a simple realignment of the cartridges should solve the problem. In the printer settings, under the Tools tab, in the same place as the printhead cleaning, cartridge alignment is offered.
Take the time to remove and then reinsert the cartridges beforehand to ensure they are properly in place, as if the paper that jammed the machine also moved one or more cartridges, you will also have a misalignment.
