Hello network.
I would like your help.
I have a Danew Dbook 110 that displays encryption failure at startup when I turn it on. I am trying to reset it, but it fails.

Hello,

This device runs on Android 9... Haven't you changed anything on that side..??

Moreover, it only has 16 GB of storage... Which is quite limited, easily saturating if you add too many applications... All of this is stored in an encrypted and compressed manner to hold more; that's what's blocking in your case... It may have a malfunction regarding this...
How old is it..?? Has it ever worked properly..??
Could you attach here a readable photo of this screen

The reset must require a procedure and controls, to avoid breaking everything; because in my opinion, it's the only way out...

When I click on the reset tablet function, it takes me to the deletion page, and then only the Danew brand appears.

Here is the procedure, as mentioned in the device's manual.

Resetting the data
You can delete all settings and data from the device. Before restoring the
default settings, make sure to back up all important data stored on the device.
From the "application list"
> "Settings"
> "System"
> "Advanced options"
> "Reset options"
> "Erase all data (factory reset)"
> "Reset phone"
> "Erase everything"
The device will restart automatically.

I believe you are only resetting the data... You need to do the "Factory Reset" from the settings.

Be careful, this device runs Android through a Google account... Which was set up during the first startup, this account has a name and a password, and you will be asked for it upon restart. If you do not know it, your device will remain locked forever.
So before proceeding, make sure you have all of that.

Thank you for responding, but when I start the computer it shows a encryption failure, so I can't access the settings.

I suppose there is an alternative access to the BIOS... although I don't know this machine...

Like holding down the volume + button and pressing Power at the same time...?? just a guess..

Beyond these manipulations, your device could very well have a failure, such as a part of its memory or disk not functioning anymore... It is also important to know that these devices have a lifespan measured in the number of "Read/write" cycles...
