Hello,

I have a desktop PC with a Ryzen 5 7600 and a Corsair H150i Elite Capellix XT water cooler.

I'm at about 50-55 degrees at idle and depending on the games between 75 and 85 degrees.

Is that normal or is it heating up too much?

And sometimes, for example when I open one or two programs like LibreOffice or others, the processor spikes in temperature, jumping from 55 to about 65 degrees, then dropping back down.

    Hello

No need to worry as long as the maximum temperature does not exceed 90/95 °.

    Hello,

And yes these temperatures are normal for a Ryzen 5 7600 with a 360 mm AIO, and this hardware is known to handle them.
