Solix headphones: sound issue

Hello, my left earbud has a lower sound than the right one. I have disconnected them, unpaired them, and nothing works. It's quite annoying to listen to music with it. Do you know what I should do?

    Hello, I had the same problem, I have been using them for 3 months, even yesterday and this morning the left earphone has a very low volume. I cleaned them and looked at the manual, but nothing works, it doesn’t function.

      Hello, just in case I've solved the issue quite simply; in fact, there weren't any weaker earphones with me; you just need to change the rubber tips and use smaller, rounder ones. Not only do they fit better, but on top of that, it fixed the problem, the flat basic ones don't fit well in the ear which gives the impression of weaker sound in one ear.
