Blaupunkt Wireless Headphones

Hello,

I bought BLAUPUNKT wireless earbuds (Carrefour promotion) and I can't pair both earphones to my smartphone. I only manage to connect one earbud at a time (left or right). I've watched several tutorials online. And nothing works... I'm desperate. Do you have any idea? I feel like I've tried everything.

    Hello,

    It's not because the earbud is turned off. When I paired them with the phone, it's as if the two earbuds are independent. Therefore, I can't get the sound to come out of both earbuds at the same time (I can get it on one or the other by selecting the earbud on the phone).
