Kappa Wireless Earbuds: Only One Working

Hello,

I only have one working wireless Kappa earbud.
I've tried everything but nothing works!
Even when trying to turn them on or off together, only one turns on or off.
However, the other one works because when I put them in their case, both light up (the one that doesn't work lights up for a second).
I turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on, still nothing.

I checked the different threads discussing this issue but nothing has helped!

Has anyone else experienced this issue with KAPPA earbuds?

Hello,

It worked for me:

1) Take the earbuds out of the case

2) Power off the earbuds by pressing both buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until the LED light blinks 3 times in blue and then once in red, after which everything turns off

3) Place the earbuds back in the charging case and close it

4) Press and hold the LED button on the front of the case for 10 seconds

5) Wait 10 seconds and then open the case

Normally the earbuds will turn on and pair automatically.

6) Initiate Bluetooth scanning on your phone and connect with the device "Kappa [...]"

I hope this will work for you as well.
