I bought Solix brand headphones, but I can only connect one at a time. They don't have a button. If you have any questions to help troubleshoot the issue, let me know. Thank you.

It's been a while since the question was raised, but I'm still posting a solution that works for me every time.

__ Remove the device from the Bluetooth list.

    — Disable Bluetooth on all devices.

__ Turn off the earphones "press and hold for 5 seconds" then turn them back on "press and hold for 5 seconds".

__ Once they start flashing "red/blue", tap on them 5 times; there should be a red light, turn them off "press and hold for 5 seconds", then turn them back on "press and hold for 5 seconds".

__ Now, once they start flashing "blue/red" you should be able to reconnect them and be synchronized.

Hello, I had the same issue but actually you need to put a finger on each earbud sensor and both at the same time. Hoping it works for you!

Hello, except that I bought them this morning and it's one out of two, great scam for this WIRELESS THING, I am very disappointed!

    P.S.: It's total *****.

It's just that only the right one flashes blue and red. But both work. Once paired, of course the left and right work. You need to press down on them with both index fingers on our ears. And both earpieces say: Power On, or Power Off.

The button exists but it is touch-sensitive

I bought the Solix headphones at a discount, and actually, when I call, the other person can't hear me. So what should I do?
