Bigben wireless earbuds drain quickly and won't pair anymore.

Hello,
I have a problem with my wireless earbuds from the brand Bigben.
They work via Bluetooth.
Recently, after charging them, I noticed that the 4 blue indicators on the case (which indicate the battery level) were turning off way too quickly (after a few hours, the case was out of battery) even though I hadn’t used my earbuds all day and my phone’s Bluetooth was not activated.
Another issue is that when I manage to get my earbuds charged (just after unplugging the charging cable), they no longer pair. My phone does not detect them. However, my left earbud is blinking red and blue as it does when it’s waiting to pair. I tried turning it off independently and then turning it back on, it works but it still doesn’t connect. (The right one doesn’t respond at all, though. I can't turn it on, there’s no sound, and it doesn’t blink, the case also doesn’t react when I put it inside)
Could you tell me the cause of these problems? A product defect, a damaged earbud, a Bluetooth issue (I can connect other devices via Bluetooth with my phone), a damaged case? I would like to point out that I bought these earbuds at the end of January 2021 and I have never dropped them and I take care not to leave them in hot or cold conditions...

Thank you very much, I look forward to your reply! :)

    Hello,
Purchased at the end of January 2021 (the warranty starts from the date of purchase of the product), you only need to return them where you bought them for a refund or exchange.
