Pressure cooker gasket

Hello; I have a very good old pressure cooker that I’m fully satisfied with; only, the time has come to change its gasket, and I can’t find on the current market gaskets like the one it had! The one it had was made of vulcanized rubber (to convey: it was sturdy, solid, hard, giving the sense of robustness like a bicycle brake pad); those I find on the market are silicone, hollow inside, much softer, they fold very easily, etc... /// I’ve visited a ton of stores, impossible to find an identical one to replace the one I want! I searched online, didn’t see any! Would anyone have an idea where I could procure such a gasket, please? The cooker: a SEB, 6 ~ 8 litres. Thanks.

Hello,
Granted you’re not on the right forum, but I can help you.
You need to search for the seal/joint for the SEB Original casserole.
You will find it easily on the Internet (for example on Amazon). It is sold in blister packaging labeled "SEB ORIGINAL".
You can also search using the reference number of the casserole. It is engraved inside the support brackets for the lid.
What is well conceived is clearly expressed,
And the words to say it come easily.
