Hello
I tried to reset my region PC (UKNOWWHY Y13) and I restarted it while holding down the shift key. But I misclicked on continue at the moment of choosing an option (I don’t remember what was written below continue…).
It brought up a blue rectangle on a black background with "enter password" written, and I entered my session password but it was wrong; I did some research and found out that it was the BIOS password that was needed, but I don’t know it and my computer is stuck with the blue rectangle and invalid password
I can't do anything, not even restart it, so for now I’m waiting for it to discharge, but I don’t think that will be enough...

Hello and welcome to CCM.

You'll need to go back to the PC administrators, because if there is a BIOS password, it's precisely to prevent certain unauthorized actions.

Sorry and have a good Sunday.
Best regards

Hello. It's probably a computer given to high school students in Île-de-France.
If you are still in high school, the IT reference person may be able to provide you with information (usually the tech teacher).
If you have left high school, the region had committed to providing those who own these computers with the data allowing them full access. I don't know where that stands.
