    Hello

    Without information on the model of your printer and when the problem occurs, I would start with an EPSON, try this if you haven't already:

    0/ Remove the cartridges.
    1/ Download and install the EPSON Software Updater.
    2/ Launch the update.
    3/ Install the cartridges.
    4/ Has the problem disappeared?

    or

    1/ A mechanical problem.
