Hello,

After reinstalling the drivers, when I scan to PDF, it closes the dialog box and saves only the single scanned page of the document right away... except that I have several pages to scan in the same document... It used to work before. What should I check and where? THANK YOU for your help!

    Hello.

    You click on "document" then you scan the first page, after which you are asked if you want to continue; you proceed, and all the pages will be part of the same PDF.

    Hello Bazfile, and no it doesn't display 'scanning completed', it shows 'scanning in progress' and when it's done, everything closes and directs me to the scanned document.

    Go to the application settings in the "document scanning" tab and set it up like this:
