Hello everyone,
When I open an EXCEL file, the columns start scrolling at high speed. I can't access the data
in the file.
I looked at different forums, but I can't find this virus issue.
Have you ever dealt with this bug?
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 99.0.4844.82

GOOD NEWS
CONTINUOUS SCROLLING OF COLUMNS IN EXCEL, SOUND CURSOR MOVING BY ITSELF, UNCONTROLLABLE PHOTO ZOOM, ETC...
IT'S SIMPLE, WITH THE PC ON, DISCONNECT ALL USB CONNECTORS FROM THE PC (KEYBOARD, PRINTER, PHONE CABLE, MOUSE,...) AND RECONNECT THEM AND NO MORE GLITCHES.
THANK YOU TO MIKE AND YCLICK FOR YOUR HELP;
SINCERELY.

I had the same problem and thanks to you it’s resolved!
Thank you
I’ve had this problem for an hour. I searched everywhere, tried a ton of things, nothing works. Then I see your post. And everything works again once I unplugged the USB connectors! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you very much,
I had gotten used to this problem because it didn't prevent certain things; moreover, the photos on the slide zoomed uncontrollably, but if I placed the mouse cursor outside the image or on the "start" bar of the computer, I could still access the photos or scroll through them with the keyboard...
The same for Excel until today when I literally couldn't access my files anymore...
Any explanation for your miracle remedy? Is it a Microsoft bug, a compatibility issue with the USC, or the Nvidia updates (or a mix of everything)?!?
Thank you very much in any case!
After hours of research!!! Thank you, I am saved :-)
