Unable to scroll through my photos with the arrows

Hello,

Since I created photo folders, I can no longer scroll through my photos using the arrows. My PC only allows the slideshow.
What should I do?

      And if you move the mouse a little, normally at the bottom a small bar appears, can you see it?
