Hello, I bought a Burberry trench coat on leboncoin thinking the item was authentic (as mentioned in the description), but unfortunately, it turns out it's not. However, before I noticed it, I confirmed the receipt of the package, which means I've lost a good amount of money on a fake item. Since then, it's been impossible to contact the seller, as she refuses to respond to my messages.
