Hello,
I sold a TV to a private buyer this Saturday through Le Bon Coin.
The TV works perfectly well, testing it on site was great.
The buyer is contacting me because he can't connect his PS3 to it and so it's not what he wanted.
He is asking me to take the TV back and refund him.
He says he has a withdrawal period?
I know that's not true and I'm trying to figure out how to make him understand without coming across as dishonest; this situation is keeping me up at night.
Thank you for your help.

    Hello,
The withdrawal period applies when it is an "official sale," with an invoice.
He should be told that he should have ensured he could connect his PS3 to it, and that he should check the model of the TV and its compatibility with his PS3!
You are not responsible if he did not take care of this! And you are not supposed to know what he wanted to do with it!! Just suggest that he resell it!
