Hello,

I want to purchase a property and I'm wondering if I can get insurance and if I am at risk of anything.

    Hello, you can certainly pay via PayPal between individuals, but we strongly recommend opting for the "goods and services" option which will cover you under PayPal's buyer protection in case of abuse.

    On the other hand, if you pay this individual with a "friends and family" transfer, unfortunately, you will have no possibility to dispute it under any circumstances. As its name suggests, this payment method should be reserved for exchanging money with people you know.
