VPN not working on hotspot

Hello,

I’m using my PC with a connection shared via USB from my smartphone (Android, with Bouygues).
When I connect the VPN (FortiClient), the connection is established, but the speed is ridiculously low. And I'm not even talking about the usual slowness of a VPN.

In fact, here the connection doesn’t even allow me to open a folder. I have 50 bytes sent in 5 minutes, and 0 bytes received.
On the other hand, with a normal Wi-Fi connection at my office, it works perfectly.

Last year, I remember having a similar issue where the connection wasn’t established at all (error message), and the problem was miraculously resolved by disabling IPv6.

But since then we have a new version of the VPN, my computer has been formatted in the meantime, and it no longer works. The connection is established but is unusable.

I think there might be a miracle solution here too.

If anyone can help me!

Do you want to talk about a new VPN tunnel in the configuration?
Are the old tunnels still available in Forti for testing?

It is important to distinguish between whether the tunnel is established or not and whether the connection is slow.
These are two different things.
What does your company's IT department say?
Can you edit the tunnel in the Forti client?
