Solved

Hello,
Hello,
My soundbar is stuck on the orange light and I can't do anything. I unplugged it for an entire day and when I plug it back in, the red light blinks twice and goes back to orange (optical connection light even though I am connected via HDMI ARC)

Configuration: Android / Chrome 97.0.4692.98

Hello, has anyone managed to turn off the orange light?

If so, I would really appreciate it because I have the same problem; I have an orange light, and when I try to connect my soundbar to the subwoofer, both the orange light and the red light are flashing.

    Can you please help me?

I’ve already tried adjusting the volume up and down on the soundbar, and nothing works.

I can't even use the remote control, and on the soundbar, I can only press the volume up and down.

    I have a JBL Cinema SB170 soundbar.

    Thank you very much.

Same problem, have you found the solution? I contacted the JBL service and they told me to do a certain manipulation but it didn’t work.

Hello, the soundbar came from cdiscout. Just in case, I went to my local Leclerc cultural store to explain my problem to a customer service technician who told me that it was likely the command board that had burned out and advised me to contact the customer service of cdiscout. So, I sent my soundbar back and they completely sent me a brand new one.

Hello, I had the same problem. You just need to press the plus and minus buttons on the soundbar at the same time for a few seconds until the soundbar blinks, then it’s settled.

I did that but it's showing me a flashing orange light. What should I do next? Thank you for your reply.

I have the same problem, I just did this manipulation, it flashes orange and then stays fixed orange afterwards.

I'm the same, the soundbar doesn't even turn on anymore and it won't turn off, and of course it doesn't work anymore. Have you found a solution?! Thank you

It may be a problem of overloading the power circuit, not sure, but it's worth trying this that sometimes works:
Unplug and short-circuit the two prongs of the outlet with a wire, paperclip, etc...

Of course, do not plug it back in
Wait an hour, remove the wire or paperclip and plug it back in
