Hello,
I have a laptop that is now 4 years old; it's an HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0008nf. The problem I encounter all the time when I launch a game is that after 3 to 5 minutes of gameplay, my PC freezes. I can't do anything with the mouse; it's stuck. I also try to reset it with Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B, but nothing works, then a black screen appears after 20 to 30 seconds. I've looked everywhere on the internet to see if others encounter the same problem, and I found issues related to the graphics card and to a worn-out or dead battery.
I don't know if it’s the graphics card, so I started searching and found a software called SIW that shows a lot of information about your PC. I checked in the "Hardware" section under video, and I see that there is a yellow triangle saying Available Offline, whereas my 2nd GPU Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 has a green checkmark saying Available at Startup (my GPU is a GeForce GTX 1050).
Regarding the battery, two weeks ago, I was running tests on HP Support Assistant, and it indicated that it was weak and in its middle of life, whereas now, as I send this message to seek help, it says Status: Normal. So I'm thinking of running tests on a software called BatteryViewInfo, which indicates that the Number of charge/discharge cycles is at 0. I'm not very good with computers, so I'm trying to provide as much information as possible, and I don't know if I should prioritize checking the Number of charge/discharge cycles based on what I found in my research.
Thank you for responding :)

Hello,
check the status of your hard drive with crystaldiskinfo.
do you have this problem only while gaming?
what's the temperature when you launch a game? (if you don’t know, download hwmonitor and launch a game)
check the Windows logs (right-click on the Start menu > Event Viewer), in Application and System for any errors or alerts (other than DCOM). If yes, post a screenshot of what it contains. -
I launched crystaldisinfo, it shows that my disk is "Good" temperature 55°C, then when I launch a game at first I am around 77°C then it rises when I play longer to about 88°C. For your question, this doesn't only happen in the game but most often. My computer also freezes with a black screen when I start my PC, it shows me a black screen which forces me to restart it. Not long ago, I had 3 blue screens with the problem called "system_service_exception" and another that I forgot which I believe was called "memory_management". Finally, I went to check the events in application and in system, I found nothing in application from Source "DCOM", on the contrary for the system I found several warnings from Source "DCOM" and errors called Service Control Manager. I don't know what these are but I mention it anyway :D.
By the way, thanks for your response :)
I’m sending you the screens. -

The DCOM I was talking about are the distributed COM, which are normal as a warning, they are not important.
However, you have issues with NVIDIA in the errors. What you can try is to go to Device Manager (right-click Start menu) and disable the NVIDIA graphics card; you won't be able to play, but it's to see if you still have freezes and crashes.
As for the temperatures, it's fine for a laptop.
I discovered this earlier thanks to a participant in another thread; for the logs, you can export them so I can look at them in more detail. Right-click on Application > Save All Events As > give it a name > validate "no information." Then send the files to https://cjoint.com/ and provide the links.
For the blue screens, download WhoCrashed (free version), run an analysis and post the captures. -
Je ne peux pas t'envoyer tous mes journaux, car ils dépassent les 15 Mo. Puis-je t'en envoyer autrement ? Par mail, etc.

I ran Valorant and it still gave me a black screen. To check if the issue was with the games, I forgot to mention that this morning it also gave me a black screen. So I sent you a few recent logs from 7/8 PM, because I can't send you all my logs as it exceeds 15 MB. I noticed there are a lot of errors called "Kernel-PnP." When I restarted my PC after it crashed due to Valorant, my PC crashed again 4/5 minutes later, showing me: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.

Open the command prompt as an administrator and type:
sfc /scannow
Once finished, if it has repaired something, restart.
Still in the command prompt as an administrator, type:
chkdsk /F
It will tell you that it cannot be done right away and if you want to do it at the next startup, type Y and confirm with enter, then restart and let it proceed.
If there is no improvement, try:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth -
Nothing ever changes :/ I launched a game that takes a lot of GPU power, the game is glitching and the fps drops, and a blue screen says: clock_watchdog_timeout.
The blue screen completed 0% of the blue screen problem, and as usual, a black screen where I have to restart it manually.-
Otherwise, it's about trying to reset Windows via the cloud or reinstalling it by formatting everything.
