Hello everyone,
So here is my problem. When I play a game, there is a rather unpleasant bug that occurs.
After a few minutes of playing, the screen freezes on a black screen and I have no image at all. In fact, it’s as if I had turned off my screen because I can still hear the sounds of the game (music and sound effects). So the game is still active but there’s no image, just a black screen. I have to exit the game forcefully.
I’ve tried multiple things: updating DirectX, updating the graphics drivers, uninstalling and giving it a little clean with CCleaner followed by reinstallation, configuring it to high/minimum settings, playing in full screen/windowed mode... basically a lot of things but nothing works, my problem persists.
I suspect that the issue comes from the graphics card but unfortunately, I can’t see where. For your information, I have a Geforce GTX 560Ti, a Core i5, and 8 GB of RAM.
If anyone has the solution, I would be happy to hear it.
Thanks in advance. :-)
