Bluetooth 5.0 and 5.1

I just got a Redmi 10 phone (from Xiaomi) that works with Bluetooth 5.1. I'm trying to connect my Blue Hive headphones (Bluetooth 5.0); my phone recognizes my headphones, but refuses to pair. What is the solution? Thank you in advance.

    Hello.
    Bluetooth 5.0 and 5.1 are backward compatible, so your problem doesn't come from that. Reset and re-pair your headphones as indicated in the manual.
