One of the two Bluetooth earbuds isn't working.

Hello,

Today I bought a pair of SBS TWS Light Earphones.
After charging and turning them on, only one earbud works, no matter the context.
There is a Bluetooth pairing for each earbud, and activating one disconnects the other. So, only one works.
I tried pairing them with a PC instead of my Wiko, but it doesn't accept the pairing at all.

I think they haven't detected each other? If we can say that, but there's absolutely nothing in the manual about this, so I'm turning to you.
If any additional information is needed to resolve the issue, feel free to ask me, I will respond quickly.

Hello,
You need to sync them together; first, turn them both on, then do a long press on the first one. After a few seconds, the second one will turn off. Then do the same thing on the second one if I believe the video:
