Charging issue with Ryght Nemesis wireless earbuds

Hello,
I have a problem with the wireless earphones I just bought from the brand RYGHT NEMESIS. I noticed that when charging the earphones and the case, both earphones were not blinking, so I thought they were charging one after the other. However, when I tried to listen to music, one of them made a sound to indicate that it was dead, even though I left them charging in the case all night, and I don’t feel like the earphone in question is charging in the case because it’s not blinking. Is it possible that the case only works halfway and is therefore charging only one earphone? Or could it be that the earphone is not taking the charge? Is there another way to charge them?
