Ryght Headphones

Hello,
My Ryght earbuds are not working properly (either the left one works or the right one does, but not both at the same time). I've done everything I've been told, but nothing changes. First, the left earbud blinks purple when I take it out of the case, but the right one doesn't, and it's really frustrating that it doesn't work, especially since I've only had them for a week and they were working perfectly.

Thank you in advance for explaining the problem and, if possible, finding a solution,
(Because personally, I don't see the point of making new generation stuff that doesn't work properly and/or that we don't know how to fix)
