Bluetooth 5.0 and 5.1

Question

I just got a Redmi 10 phone (from Xiaomi) that works with Bluetooth 5.1. I'm trying to connect my Blue Hive headphones (Bluetooth 5.0); my phone recognizes my headphones, but refuses to pair. What is the solution? Thank you in advance.

Hello.
Bluetooth 5.0 and 5.1 are backward compatible, so your problem doesn't come from that. Reset and re-pair your headphones as indicated in the manual.

Unfortunately, I went ahead as suggested and it still doesn't work! My phone recognizes my headphones, but it can't pair them!

Hello

This brand is mostly very poorly rated online and the unhappy users are nearly 50%, which is huge.
I therefore think that the issue comes from the headphones and not the phone.

If you can return/refund them, that might be an option.
