Optical fiber wall socket issues

Hello,

Hello, today they installed fiber (Free, the Freebox Pop) and my Ethernet wall sockets are not working, only the Wi-Fi is, I'm attaching a photo of the installation, if it's a wiring problem, can you help me?
The guy told me to check with an electrician ????,
It worked with ADSL wall sockets.

    Hello,

    Just an observation, visually, the 4 cables connected between the box and the patch panel seem very thin to me. Especially when compared to the cables that run from the back of the patch panel.

    Where do they come from? They might just be telephone cables; it would be necessary to test a proper Ethernet cable.

    And indeed, most of the time, it's an electrician who takes care of the network cabling. It's a low voltage network.

      Initially I had ADSL connected directly to the smart TV and the TV box as well,
      They installed the fiber for me, set up all those cables, and my Freebox Pop is set up there to only use the Ethernet wall sockets in my apartment
      So, do you think it could be an issue with their cable?

      Hoping that behind the wall sockets there are indeed 4 pairs of wired cables, it's not a given with this type of installation...

      It's possible to rewire; it's within the reach of anyone careful, and if it doesn't work, you need only a few tools and nothing too specific.

    what are the 4 small cords between the fbx and the patch panel, where do they come from?
    I'm afraid they only work for the phone if you got them from the dti...

      There are only 3 cables between the box (which has only 3 Ethernet ports) and the patch panel

      Shouldn't the 4th cable go to the box directly??? (Seems pretty big to me??)

      Hey buddy,
      The PTO is fiber, SC/APC sockets (the green ones), not RJ45.
      We have an RJ45 on the ONT, but here on the fbx pop, the ONT is integrated, the fiber comes directly to the box (the SC/UPC blue socket).
      It's a Free-specific feature to have SC/UPC sockets on their boxes :-(

      that these 3 little cords distributed the telephone line between the Schneider DTI and the patch panel.
      see its assembly instructions
      But it should no longer be used for fiber.
      So try to find 3 or 4 small RJ45 patch cords of 50cm.

    Hello friends, I just wanted to share my thoughts. I truly believe that it's Jee pee who is closest to the truth. So here’s my take: the contractors appointed by the provider only have a contract to supply fiber with a box at the end that is connected to the router. It’s up to me to create a fiber or RJ 45 network to distribute to other rooms. There are tutorials on YouTube; you need to be "plugged in" to get the job done. I had heard about adding a full media communication box Legrand or other "lex com." Legrand lex com are brands.
    It's indeed an electrician who did the installation; you need to ask him if this cabinet or the elements are present in his technical column. I can see the DTI box, I can see the fiber arrival box, an RJ 45 switch, and the router.
