Hello, I ordered tickets on Seeticket to go see Leto's concert next Friday and I would like to know if this site is reliable or not?

Usually, the validity of the ticket is fine... but it's always best to prioritize the venue's box office, not intermediaries (where tickets are often much more expensive).

Scam!
We just wrote them a sweet note

"We bought 2 tickets on March 3 for the concert on June 4 (We love green). We accidentally learned that the group we wanted to see (Massive-Attack) canceled their appearance. In light of this change, we contacted you with 2 forms like this one that went unanswered. We were then requesting a refund for our tickets. We reached out to you twice by phone to ask for the validation of our request, which was confirmed by an operator. She assured me that the refund process was lengthy and that we needed to be patient. She never wanted/could send me a confirmation email. Today, we were surprised to have an operator tell us that we are outside the deadlines! He claims that each customer was supposed to receive an email containing a form to fill out for a refund. We categorically refute this. This email did not reach us.
We find ourselves dealing with a completely disorganized customer service, for which we should not have to pay the price. This service did not inform us of the cancellation of our group, nor did they respond to our contact tickets, let alone send us a refund request form.
We hope, finally, to be considered and refunded.
If we do not hear back from you by the end of the week, we will contact a consumer association that is reputable, and if necessary, we will take legal action.
We are acting in good faith and demand justice."

Hello, I will be with you. No response to my emails and phone calls have no effect. I never received the confirmation email for the order that was supposed to contain 2 tickets for Garorock. I was of course charged the expected amount without ever having received these tickets. Christophe D.
