You cannot get a refund.
You need to buy a transcash card and load it with your €290.
Then you will be able to make purchases with it.

This also happened to me last Friday. I was supposed to receive a puppy from a carrier and I spent €160 via a transcash coupon to pay for the transport fees, so far so good. However, I received an email shortly after asking me to pay €320, which would be "refunded" upon the carrier's arrival at my place. I quickly realized it was a scam. However, I would like to recover the €160 I spent. I intend to file a complaint and write a registered letter to transcash to request a refund.
Do you think this is a good approach? I need to get this money back and make that scoundrel pay dearly!!

Hello,

I am from Belgium and I fell victim to the scam mentioned above. I purchased a Transcash coupon of €100 which I still have in my possession.

My problem is that I find myself with a Transcash recharge of €100, but I do not have a Transcash card to top up, and it is not possible to order a Transcash card from Belgium.

I contacted Transcash customer service and I was told that they could do nothing for me.

Does anyone know of a solution so that I can recover my €100?

Indeed, but you never know.

Maybe someone from the forum could make a gesture by activating my code on their Transcash card, and transfer me the money right after.. Hope keeps us alive, so they say.

It happened to me this month with a so-called hard of hearing person for a Clio 2.

But well, the Toneo First coupons have no transcach.

I ordered the Toneo First card by insisting. Each time by email.

Toneo First is a poorly made card.

Scam. They charge a fee of €20 for each recharge.
